Ripple Effect Nutrition Co
Who we are
Working primarily with adults aged 30–90, Ripple Effect Nutrition Co supports concerns such as low energy, brain fog, weight changes, stress overload, fluctuating mood and noticing early cognitive changes. Each plan is personalised, practical, and designed to build sustainable daily habits that strengthen long-term metabolic and emotional resilience and support cognition and brain health.
Ripple Effect Nutrition Co provides structured, evidence-informed nutrition support for adults navigating stress, mood and memory changes, and midlife metabolic shifts. Founded by a degree-qualified Clinical Nutritionist, Tanya Wright, the practice takes a systems-based approach to health — identifying root causes rather than masking symptoms.
We acknowledge that the interrelation of our body, mind, environment and history has brought us to where we are. Now, it's our chance to change where we go. By taking the time to identify and understand the factors that have led to your current state of health, we are also able to find the path forward to support you on your health journey.
Combining analytical problem-solving with a grounded, empathetic style, Tanya partners with clients who are ready to take an active role in their health. The focus is not quick fixes, but measurable, strategic change that creates lasting ripple effects across wellbeing, performance, and quality of life.
We look forward to working with you to help you reach your health goals.

Meet the founder — Tanya Wright
Tanya Wright is a degree-qualified Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc) and member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS). But ask her how she actually works, and she'll tell you she's a problem-solver first — someone who genuinely loves connecting dots that others have overlooked.
That instinct is the foundation of Ripple Effect Nutrition Co. Tanya's interest in brain health isn't academic — it comes from watching cognitive decline unfold in her own family, and from wanting to understand what could have been done differently, years earlier. That question shaped her entire clinical focus.
Warm, direct and down-to-earth, Tanya takes an evidence-informed, systems-based approach — looking at the full picture of what's driving your health, not just the symptom in front of you. She partners with clients who want to understand the "why" behind their health, not just be handed a plan.
Outside the clinic, Tanya is a mum, President of her local school's P&C, and someone who firmly believes small, consistent changes create the biggest impact — in health, and in life.
