At your Initial Consultation (75 min) we will discuss what you would like to get out of working together. It covers your health history, current medications and supplements, diet, lifestyle and current symptoms, resulting in a personalised prescription and change recommendations to help you reach your health goal.

All consultations are conducted online via a secure video telehealth platform, wherever you are - throughout Australia and worldwide (except USA and Canada).

Please ensure you are in a quiet, private space for our consultations, without interruptions.

No, though it's also OK if you do have a diagnosis. We work with people who are being proactive, noticing early changes, or who have a diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or early-stage dementia.

Please note that we are unable to provide a diagnosis. If this is what you are seeking, we will refer you to speak with your GP or another relevant medical specialist.

Consultation fees cover your assessment and plan. Any recommended supplements are separate and available through an online practitioner dispensary.

If blood tests or other functional tests are recommended, we'll discuss whether these can be arranged through your GP or a private testing service, so you can make an informed decision on how to proceed. These costs are separate to consultation fees.

We understand that life can be unpredictable; however, late cancellations impact our ability to serve other clients.

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• To cancel or reschedule, please follow the instructions on your booking confirmation.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

• If a deposit has been paid, refunds (where applicable) are returned to your nominated bank account, not the original payment card, and processed within 3 business days.

• Exceptions for emergencies or exceptional circumstances may be made at our discretion.
